From the moment you book, I am available to answer questions, provide guidance, and offer reassurance. You’ll also receive a comprehensive booklet filled with evidence-based information on pregnancy, birth, and postpartum to help you feel informed and empowered. As your due date approaches, I am officially on call 24/7, ready to support you when labor begins.
II. Prenatal Sessions & Education.
Preparing and Educating For Your Birth Journey
We’ll meet twice to discuss your birth vision, preferences, and any questions you have. These sessions help you feel prepared and confident, covering comfort techniques, advocacy, and what to expect during labor.
III. Birth and Labor Support.
Steady, Compassionate Presence
When it’s time, I’ll be by your side, offering continuous emotional and physical support, guiding you through contractions, suggesting position changes, and helping create a calm, grounded environment. My role is to support you (and your partner) so you can focus fully on your birth.

After birth, I’ll visit to check in on you, answer any questions, and provide emotional support as you transition into postpartum life. Whether it’s processing your birth story, offering newborn care tips, or simply holding space, I’m here for you..
